KOSO Vespa Sales and Service Support Begins

In November 2023, Epolar began supporting KOSO Vespa product sales and service for customers in Taiwan and Southeast Asia. The project strengthened our role as a regional service partner for scooter and motorcycle product distribution, with a clear focus on product availability, communication, warranty handling, and customer support.

KOSO is widely known for motorcycle and scooter electronics, instrumentation, gauges, lighting-related components, and performance-focused accessories. For Vespa riders, dealers, and distributors, reliable after-sales support is just as important as product selection. Epolar's role is to help customers choose suitable products, answer technical questions, and coordinate service support when product issues arise.

Through this service model, Epolar supports both local Taiwan customers and regional customers across Southeast Asia. Our goal is to make every KOSO Vespa product purchase easier to manage, from product enquiry and sales support to warranty service and long-term customer care.
